This Privacy Policy explains what information Innovatech Consulting LLC ("Innovatech", "we", "us") collects through this website and through our Lead Recovery service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect on this website
- Technical data. When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Language preference. The website stores your selected language in your browser's local storage so the page opens in that language next time. It is not sent to us.
- Booking a call. If you book a call, you do so on a scheduling page operated by Cal.com. The details you enter there (for example your name, email address, phone number and the time you pick) are shared with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com's own privacy policy also applies.
- Contacting us. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking, and it has no forms that store data on our servers.
3. Information we process in the Lead Recovery service
When a business (for example an HVAC, plumbing or roofing contractor) uses Lead Recovery, it gives us information about its own customers so we can follow up on their estimates or requests by text message on the business's behalf. This usually includes the customer's first name, mobile number, estimate date and type of job, and the messages exchanged.
- We process this information on behalf of and according to the instructions of that business. The business decides whom to contact and is responsible for having permission to text its customers.
- We use it only to send the follow-up messages, answer replies, book visits into the business's calendar and handle opt-outs.
- If the business stops after the free 30 days, we delete the customer information it provided.
If you received a text message from a business through our service and have a question about your information, you can contact that business or us.
4. How we use information
- to run and secure this website;
- to schedule and hold calls with business owners;
- to provide the Lead Recovery service to the businesses that use it;
- to respond to questions and requests;
- to meet legal obligations.
5. Service providers we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and the service, and only as far as needed:
- website hosting (Vercel);
- call scheduling (Cal.com);
- a text messaging provider that sends and receives the text messages;
- an AI model provider that helps draft replies to customer messages;
- email and calendar tools we use to communicate.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Customer information provided by a business for Lead Recovery is deleted when the business stops using the service, unless we are required to keep part of it (for example, an opt-out record so that a number is not texted again).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message sent through our service to stop further messages from that business.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing christian@innovatech-consulting.us.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this website does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to that signal.
10. Children
This website and our service are meant for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
