1. Program

Innovatech Lead Recovery is a text messaging service operated by Innovatech Consulting LLC for home-service businesses (for example HVAC, plumbing and roofing contractors). Messages are sent on behalf of and in the name of the business you contacted, about an estimate or service request you made with that business. Each message names the business and states that it comes from an automated AI assistant.

2. What messages you may receive

Follow-up questions about your estimate or request, answers to your replies, and scheduling messages to book or confirm a visit.

3. Consent

Messages are sent only to customers who agreed to receive text messages from the business. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent from that business through this service.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
